We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties. All data generated by the app remains entirely on your device.
Doc Scanner requests access to your device camera solely to capture document images for scanning. Camera images are processed on-device and saved to your local app storage. No images are uploaded to any server or transmitted over the internet.
To allow you to import existing images and save your generated PDFs, the app requests the following access based on your Android version:
All files generated by the app are stored in the app's private directory or your device's local storage and are never uploaded anywhere.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties. The app does not include any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries.
When you use the Share feature, your device's native sharing mechanism is used to send files (e.g., PDFs) to other applications of your choice. We have no control over how those third-party apps handle your files once shared.
Doc Scanner does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect personal information. The app functions entirely offline.
Doc Scanner does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not target children and contains no features that would require or encourage children to provide personal information.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your scanned documents depends on your device's own security features (screen lock, file encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secure and updated.
