If you wish to delete your Tijarah account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Open the Tijarah app on your device.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. This will delete:
- Your profile information (username, email, profile picture)
- Your listings
- Your chat messages
- All associated data
Retention Notes
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months.
- Chat messages in conversations with other users may persist until those users delete them.
